Welcome! Larry Bearden here at County Line Realty. I have been an active licensed real estate professional in the East Texas area since 1996. In that time I have been a repeating million dollar producer for Choice #1 Realty. My former brokers’ retired from the industry early in 2013. I decided to move to County Line Realty. I am very excited about being a part of the winning team of County Line Realty! I am proficient in the marketing and sales of farm and ranch properties, residential properties, lots and rural acreage. Being from this area, I am extremely familiar with property values and market fluctuations. I taught real estate classes at Tyler Real Estate College from 2005 to 2010.
