Personal Information: Mindy loves the East Texas area, and both working with and serving people in her community. She has been married to her husband Ramon since 2003. They have two daughters who keep them on their toes. They have been members of Woodland Hills Baptist Church for over 25 years, and are involved in various ministries. Mindy's hobbies are antiquing, collecting vintage Pyrex, Corning Ware, and copper pots, singing in the church choir, photography, decorating her home, painting furniture, and flower gardening.
